3-Axis Panorama Focus Stacking system
Here is an overview of the structure. The individual macro intermediate rings were exchanged for a tube system from Stonemaster. The new designed and developed RGB dome light system is connectet to the new StackMaster R3 controller.
Two steppmotor driven micro slides with 100mm stroke are mounted as a X/Y cross table. Both are connected to the new StackMaster R3 controller. A flat, white bowl serves as background and as object carrier. A metal plate attached to the underside is held in place by magnets.

The new Stackmaster R3 Controller controlles the steppermotor of the Wemacro rail system, the cross table motors and triggers the camera. Furthermore, he also controls the RGB dome luminaire in brightness and color temperature. The RGB dome is equipped with a LED ring light with 60 LED's. Each LED is individual controllable. The circle is split in to virtual 1/8 segments, each segment can be controlled in brightness and color temperature.
I connect either a laptop or a tablet via the build-in WiFi of the controller to control the slide and the differend automatic function. A black Lilliput A7S 7-inch 1920x1200 IPS 4K Screen Field Monitor attached via HDMI Video cable to my Nikon Z6 or Z7 serves as a control monitor.

The X/Y cross table is mounted in a ARCA Swiss rail. A ARCA Swiss clamp, mounted on the baseplate hold the system in place. A metalbar mounted on the Y slide, allows either to mount an object holder directly or in my case via a magnet.
